夏に行った以来となる。
隊長と私は、長野遠征に始まり、大阪・京都・和歌山・徳島・香川・東京の遠征を繰り返し行って来た。
隊長は２０１２年３月に結婚するので、もうこんな贅沢な旅はできないかもしれない。
これまでの思い出に馳せさんじながら、一杯一杯のラーメンを食して行く。
時にはすすり泣いたこともあった。
時にはベロベロに酔って、カラオケで声を涸らしたこともあった。
時にはニンニク臭さで嘲笑の的に晒されたこともあった。
時には屁をこいて、周りの乗客に迷惑をかけたこともあった。
大いなる希望と考察を深めに行こう。TOKYO。
一軒目は「Due Italian」
しっかりと一杯を見据えた。出来の素晴らしい作り。
「優しい味だが深淵なる旨味」
一つ一つが至極丁寧。
だから、ヤメられない。
